1. What our service is

We display flight offers from airlines and booking providers so you can compare them. When you choose an offer, we redirect you to the airline or booking provider. The booking contract, payment and ticket are entirely between you and that third party, under their terms, fare rules and conditions of carriage.

2. Data we handle

• Search data — the routes, dates and filters you enter, used to return results.
• Account and saved deals — your email and saved favourites, so you can sign in and keep a shortlist.
• Price alerts — your email address, used only to send the alerts you opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We never ask for passport numbers, dates of birth or payment card details.

3. Data Processing and Cookies

3.1. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our Service. finalseat.app is a search engine, not a travel agent. We do not process, collect, or store any personal information during the booking process.

When you click on a deal, you are redirected to the website of a third-party provider (e.g., airline, OTA, Booking.com, Auto Europe). Your booking, payments, and any personal information you provide are handled exclusively by that third-party provider and are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

We only share anonymized tracking IDs (via cookies) with our affiliate networks (including but not limited to Travelpayouts, Aviasales, Booking.com, Auto Europe) to track successful referrals.

5. International Data Transfers (GDPR)

Your information, including anonymized technical data and IP addresses, may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. This includes transfers to the United States (via services like Google Analytics and certain affiliate networks).

6. Check-in and travel documents

Check-in, boarding passes, schedule changes and disruption handling are managed by the airline you book with. You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and health requirements for your route.
